Most items in this catalogue may be ordered online, either as a printed hard-copy score or as a PDF, using PayPal.

Hard-copy scores are printed on 24 lb. paper, coil-bound with clear cover and black back, and shipped via USPS unless requested otherwise. Shipping charges are $10 flat rate for domestic orders and $15 flat rate for international orders. All items are shipped within 7 business days of receipt of payment from PayPal.

PDF scores are delivered via email immediately upon receipt of payment from PayPal.
